The Iron Palm Levels

The Basic iron palm levels are vibrating palm, shattering palm and burning palm. You always begin with vibrating palm. It will lay the foundation for everything to come. I lay out an exact road map of how to build a solid practice of iron palm. Regardless of individual systems or styles, the training can be readily incorporated into normal training. Or you can practice iron palm as a stand-alone discipline.
